About Saint Works

Saint Works has spent more than 10 years remodeling homes across the Carolinas. We started the way most trade businesses start — one crew, a truck, and jobs that came by referral because the last one went right.

What’s changed since then is scale, not standard. We now run a full team of skilled professionals across two sides of the business: interior work — bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and stairs — and exterior work — decks, fencing, staining and outdoor living. What hasn’t changed is that the people who quote your job are the people who show up to build it.

How we work

Everything gets scoped in writing before anyone picks up a tool. You get a written estimate that names the materials, the sequence, and the milestones. If something behind a wall turns out to be worse than it looked — and on a 1950s house it sometimes does — you hear about it the same day, with options and a number, not at the end in a surprise invoice.

We protect what we’re not replacing, contain the dust, and clean the site at the end of every day. You are going to be living in this house while we work in it. That shapes how we work in it.

Licensed and bonded

We carry a contractor’s license and a surety bond, and we can produce a certificate of insurance before work starts — ask, and you’ll have it that day. A bond means that if we failed to complete contracted work, you have recourse that does not depend on our goodwill. You should expect that from anyone you let into your home, and you should ask for the number.

Where this is going

We are looking to build homes. Whole new communities, held to the same professional standard we bring to a bathroom or a deck — properly planned, properly sequenced, properly inspected, and finished the way the drawings said they would be.

That is not a change of direction so much as the same work at a larger scale. The remodeling and outdoor work we do now is what proves the standard and funds the next step. It also means we look at a house the way a builder does rather than the way a salesman does: what actually needs doing, what it will really take, and what somebody is trying to sell you.

Financing is available on qualifying projects, so a build can start without the whole cost up front. Ask when you request your estimate and we will go through the options with you alongside the written quote.
