Indoor
Work inside a home you are still living in. We protect what we are not replacing, contain the dust, and clean the site every day.
Flooring Installation
Hardwood, engineered, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, and tile — installed over a subfloor we have actually checked first. Most rooms are finished in two to four days.
Bathroom Remodeling
Full bathroom renovations, down to the studs where the condition calls for it — waterproofed properly and finished so the room stays dry for decades.
Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinet replacement through full gut renovations, including the electrical and plumbing behind the walls. Typically three to six weeks depending on scope.
Stair Installation
New staircases, tread and riser replacement, and railing systems — built to code on rise and run, and built not to squeak.
Outdoor
Structures that live in the weather. Everything is built for what the Carolinas actually do to them — heat, humidity, hard summer storms, and clay soil that moves under a footing.
Deck Construction
New decks and full rebuilds in pressure-treated, cedar, or composite — footings below frost line, ledger through-bolted and flashed, permit pulled.
Fence Installation
Wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link — set on a located property line, posts in concrete below frost line, gates braced so they still swing true in ten years.
Staining & Sealing
Deck, fence, and exterior wood refinishing — stripped, cleaned, and neutralized before anything goes on. The prep is most of this job.
Outdoor Extensions
Covered porches, pergolas, screened rooms, and three-season additions — framed for snow load, flashed into the existing house, permitted and inspected.
